Elemental Ninjutsu
1Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique (C Rank)
This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.
1Earth Release: Rock Clone Technique (C Rank)
A clone that is created of rock, after it has been expelled from the user's mouth or created from a pile of rocks. Unlike other clones, ones generated by this method do not disappear when struck with sufficient force, but rather break apart.

- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. 2Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall (B Rank)
The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth. When used by Kakashi he creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.
1Fire Release: Fire Clone Technique (C Rank)
This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes fire to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Ho Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into an eruption of flames. Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.

1Fire Release: Fire Wall Technique (C Rank)
By performing a few seals, the user can exhale a steady stream of fire creating a wall in front of them and partially surrounding them. It's capable of evaporating water and low level Suiton jutsu, and used as a great defense against physical strikes.
2Fire Release: Rocket (B Rank)
After performing the needed handseals, the user would open their mouth a ball of fire will shoot out their mouth with great speed and will burst into a bigger flame when it hits the target.
Ninjutsu
1Metal Release: Molecular Recomposition (C Rank)
This technique is the basic Steel Release technique of the Nekiogama Clan. After forming the needed hand signs, the user can manipulate various metallic molecules in a metallic substance or structure in order to change its shape, mass, or density by channelling chakra into the molecules. Using this method, the user can increase the size of their weapons with increasing their mass, creating heavy objects with miniscule size, or even making metals liquid or even gas without temperature changing. The user can also drawn in metallic objects from a distance. This technique is also great for metalworking.
1Metal Release: Liquid Steel (C Rank)
Metal Release: Liquid Steel is a jutsu created by Hina Kyou. Like the Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique the user expels a large quantity of liquid steel from her mouth, capable of inflicting damage to an opponent. This ability can also be manipulated in order to restrict the intended target's movements, as after the initial blast the remnants of the substance can act in a similar manner to quick-drying cement.
1Metal Release: Cage (C Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates an iron cage around an opponent. It uses the user's chakra to channel strength into it. Depending on the Chakra Level of the target, the duration is different. Genin and Chunin can be held in a cage for at least 8 hours. Jonin could be held for about 4 hours. Jinchuriki and Tailed Beasts can only be held for a maximum of 10 minutes before the jutsu breaks.
1Metal Release: Pillar Storm (B Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a multitude of various metallic rods nearby and launches them at a target, usually from the sky or underground. These rods are usually sharp enough to puncture the target alone, but the tips can be sharpened just in case. Also, the barrage of rods happen suddenly and the rods are incredibly quick, making them hard to avoid. The rods can fly towards the opponent like a "shower" or race towards them in a concentrated "beam".
1Metal Release: Iron Fist Technique (B Rank)
This is another Nekiogama Clan technique that is also a reliable taijutsu augmentor. After forming the needed hand signals, the user can draw in iron from any source and have it wrap around the user's arm or leg to create a metal glove. This glove is nearly weightless due to the chakra within the metal. The fist can increase the damage from blows many times and it is a useful defense when dealing with bladed weapons. Its only apparent weakness is that Fire Release techniques heat up the metal and can burn the user's extremity.
2Metal Release: Binding Chain Technique (B Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates metallic chains underground and then unleashes them towards their target. Depending on what the user wants to do, the chains can bind their target down and lock them in place. Since the chains have chakra in their structure, it is nearly impossible to be released from the chains by force. The user can also tighten the chain around the target, injuring or crushing them instantly. To prevent escape, users can bind the chain into trees or the ground and allow them absorb the target's chakra to tire them out.
2Metal Release: 360 Shrapnel Spears (B Rank)
The user creates a ball of orange chakra, which is then launched into the sky. After it reaches a certain height, the user detonates it breaking apart into small bombs with a high explosive power. when they reach the ground they cause powerful, countless explosions that are capable of wiping out entire platoons.
3Metal Release: Metal-Style Wall (Big Wall) (A Rank)
The User creates a wall of pure metal in the shape that he desires. The user can the use Molecular Recomposition to reshape it if so desired.
3Metal Release: Metal Clone (A Rank)
The User Creates clones out of metal either by spitting the liquid metal that summons them or by summoning them from already made liquid metal. The Metal Clones can perform any jutsu that falls under the metal element that the user can use. These clones require alot of chakra to make thus making it so that making many of them is severely taxing. However they are much more durable and immune to kunai and other weapon attacks save for exploding weapons or fire jutsus which melt them down easy.
4Metal Release: Metallic Tsunami (A Rank)
This technique is usually used in conjunction with the Nekiogama's Jojetsu Alloy, but any Steel Release master can utilize this destructive technique. After forming the needed hand signals, the user channels a large pool of metal beneath them and liquifies it using their chakra. Then, the user lets the pool of liquid metal erupt from underground as a large metallic tidal wave. Due to the increased pressure of the metal, upon impact, the target suffers immense impact damage as well as being washed away. If the user wants to, they can solidify and trap the target within the sea of metal.
4Metal Release: Giant Metal Dragon Bullet (A Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user gathers a mass of metal underground and shoots it towards the target in the shape of a giant dragon's head. The dragon's head can either hit the opponent head on and cause immense impact damage or it can open its mouth and trap its target in its huge jaws with sharp teeth. It can also shoot out shards of metal at the target like a gatling gun, the fragments firing off in rapid succession or in large bursts like a shotgun. It can also carry its targets across long distances in one blast.
4Metal Release: Hands of Hephaestus (S Rank)
After forming the needed hand signs, the user draws as much metal as they can with their chakra and form two large metallic hands that burst forth from the earth. These hands are extremely durable and heavy due to the wast concentration of chakra within their structure. The hands are extremely useful for offensive or defensive measures. These hands are large enough to protect the user 360 degrees around them and they are extremely hard and can crush bones with one strike. Due to the chakra within them, the metallic hands are also able to use ninjutsu, though they are only seen using Earth Release techniques. Also, the hands can break apart and reform, making them reliable.
However, the chakra needed to use this jutsu is enourmous, exhausting the user after one or two uses. Also, the hands are also crudely made, so a strong enough impact will shatter them. However, combined with the Jojetsu Alloy, the hands are near invincible, harder than before and made of the strongest of metals.
4Metal Release: Dance of Swords (S Rank)
The users chakra begins flowing wildly and the Metal he is standing on creates 6 swords that are suspended by liquid metal. In addition the user creates a stream of blades that are connected to any pool of liquid metal that chase down the enemy trying to stab or slash him until he/she gets out of its range or finds a way to dispell the ninjutsu. They will wait at the edge of the range for the enemy to come back for a few seconds. If the enemy does not return then the blades will meld back into the liquid save for the ones around the user or his clones as they will follow them creating liquid metal around them. Akio often calls them along with his original blade the 7 deadly sin killers.
Genjutsu
3Demonic Illusion: Walk Through Scorched Lands (A Rank)
As Akio uses this he disappears into steam (not noticed if the enemy is not looking at him). The enemy then wanders the area lost as he trecks over the landscape which gradually loses its trees and landmarks save for building that they are in and the area cracks and releases steam revealing lava beneath. The enemy feels the ground getting very hot on his feet. As this all happens the enemy begins to feel extreamly hot and thirsty and will continue to do so after the effect wears out causing the enemy to feel weak and lose focus as he becomes more and more desparate for water. Once released they awake standing in the spot that they started when the jutsu first began. This Jutsu is built to make the enemy weakened and unable to focus on the battle making encounters easier.
3Demonic Illusion: Graveyard of Broken Swords (A Rank)
Akio can only cast this when an enemy is attacking him. When the enemy attacks Akio melts into liquid metal and spreads out into the area forming into a mass of swords all over the area. The enemy can still hear Akio as the swords begin floating by an aura as if Akio's soul or chakra is inside them and attacking the enemy causing him to feel mental damage as he gets hit. Akio can attack the enemy but is best when he does it as a sword attacks. When he is released from the Genjutsu the swords disappear and Akio reappears nearby. This Genjutsu is used to wear out an opponent and distract them to stall for time when neccessary.
Taijutsu
Akio uses a katana to strike his enemies relying on Kenjutsu. Taking them down with single strikes that he can augment with his Iron Fist Technique to make do even stronger.
1Savage Air Strike: Akio Jumps up at an airborn enemy and slices him with his sword causing the person to fall to the ground. When augmented with Iron Fist Technique it does more damage, and after infusing chakra can increase the speed of the attack allowing it to slice through a solid tree or rock that gets in the way. Can be done with Dance of Swords to do 7 slices instead of one. (Rank D)
1Sonic Counterstrike: Akio readies his weapon holding it at his side. He then closes his eyes and tries to hear his enemy coming. When the enemy gets close enough he opens his eyes and slices at the enemy knocking him flying backwards a few feet. If augmented by Iron Fist Technique he does extra damage and knocks the enemy flying further for more damage on the decent. Can be done with Dance of Swords to do 7 slices instead of one. (Rank D)
1Sky Slayer Slash - Akio disappears as he jumps above his enemy and reappears as he does a downward slash with his katana at an enemy. If augmented by Iron Fist Technique he does extra damage and can cut the air and increasing its range as it travels towards an enemy with chakra cutting solid trees and rocks and thus is capable of striking an enemy who is several feet away (max 5 feet). Can be done with Dance of Swords allowing the 6 swords to dart at the enemy as he strikes. (Rank D)
1Slicing Through Bamboo: Akio runs at his enemy and slices them with his katana. When augmented with Iron Fist Technique it does more damage, and after infusing chakra can increase the speed of the attack allowing it to slice through a solid tree or rock that gets in the way. Strengths: He is spectacular at using ninjutsu most notably his Metal Release Jutsus. He is very strong willed and hard to take down in a straight up fight. Akio utilizes many quick strikes and his augmentation of metal to increase his kenjutsu/taijutsu. He is very fast and strong thus making hand to hand combat a bad idea when taking him on. He can snowball quickly the more metal pools he can have or the larger the metal pools are. Finally Akio is adept at pouring one attack after another in quick succession thus making him able to pour pressure on an enemy.
Weaknesses: Akio can be outsmarted without much effort and his wisdom is somewhat good but a major genjutsu master can break him down. Requiring some metal to do jutsus and alot to do his higher ranked jutsus it is hard to make it work if it there is none in the area and makes his build style a little slower. His metal jutsu can conduct electricity and thus makes him weak to it as the metal fails him and he cannot utilize his jutsu also being often being in the metal puddles he can easily be shocked. If the metal is hardened enough water can rust it and thus making any attacks useless but the metal can be melted and he can then make new jutsus out of it so it does make him useless but it still requires the water jutsu master to keep on his toes to keep akio down (also he could then just use earth jutsus to counter this).
Personality: Akio is a very arrogant person who beleives himself as the only hope for his familys jutsus survival. He is honest, independant, headstrong, and devoted to duty. Akio seems to act like a loner of sorts as he is often distant and cold to others. Akio is very serious and usually likes to be by himself, but can be relied upon to help out whenever he is needed. Akio will run off ahead to take down an enemy and to show off his jutsu. In battle he is cool and determined in battle, but will at time be lured to anger which can get him into trouble if the enemy pushes him by either threatening his allies or by insulting his clans jutsu. He is bound by duty and will do anything to get the job done including self sacrifice. He is always willing to help out his friends in situations that they find themselves in as he still cares for others.
Biography: Akio grew up in a society that had little ninja skills in it. His mother was the 1st in their family to show some ninja skill. Their mother was known as the Gorgeous Blade Of The Leaf Village who used a special kekki genkai called The Metal Release Jutsu that utilized melting metal down or drawing it from the earth and using it to strike the enemy down in creative way. Growing up with their mother (Ninja), father (Blacksmith) and grandpa (Merchant) they both dreamed of becoming ninjas like their mother and were taught basic jutsu by their mother. However one day tragedy struck and their mother fell ill and died in the winter. The 2 children were now without any mentor to become a ninja. Akio used his mothers old books to learn the family trait but his brother Daichi was unable to use any other jutsu. Akio managing to grasp the metal style ninjutsu was able to do quick transitions of metals from one shape to another. Akio studying hard managed to make it into through the academy but was surprised to see his brother had made it as well. Akio found it an affront that his brother was a ninja as he found his brothers jutsu a joke. An insult to their family name. He saw it as an excuse for his brother to play with his worthless toys. Akio then became distant from his brother and vowed that he would be the one to prove that his mothers jutsu was not forever lost. With his mothers jutsu in hand he plans on slashing any enemies in his way to pieces. Akio walks into the rank of gennin with a stern face promising that he would not go easy on his brother should they be enemies in battle. Ready to pour his heart into protecting the leaf by pouring on the attacks onto its enemies and killing high profile targets.
RP Sample: Akio was with his team in a mission to track down a rogue ninja and some ninja he has cobbled together. After invading the hideout of the ninjas the target ran out and ran into the forest. Akio said "Ill get him." as he went on the pursuit and attacked with some kunai with paper bombs to block his exit. As the man tried to find a way out he throws some kunai at him and tries to get around the fire. Akio uses his Molecular Recomposition Jutsu and turned the enemies kunais into Liquid Metal and followed the enemy with the pool of Liquid Metal following him. As the chase went on the Akio said "Your not going to escape. Why dont you just give up now and we will go easy on you." and the ninja tried to cast a clone jutsu to throw Akio off his scent so he could escape. Akio saying "Well worth a shot. But now he had to make this harder for me." swinging a kunai on a wire would trow the kunai while still holding the end of the wire to retract it at the clones as he landed. When it was a clone Akio would without wasting a motion continue chasing targets until there was only one left to which he used his Liquid Metal Jutsu to freeze the enemies feet to the tree. As the ninja tried to break free Akio came in and activated his Piller Storm to stab rods into the enemy ninja. It was revealed to be a substitution jutsu and as the enemy ninja charged him Akio mumbled "Nice try." and turned around taking a shot of Liquid Metal at the lower half of the real one who was trying to run while Akio was distracted by the shadow clone. Akio then said "Now I got you." as he readied his Molecular Recomposition Jutsu to reshape the metal to encase his arms as well. As his allies neared the enemy smirked and summoned several shadow clones to attack his Sensei from his/her blind spot by using smoke bombs. Akio acting quickly yelled "NOOOO!" and stabbed the enemy in the heart with his katana. The enemy breathed his last making the shadow clones disappear as they got close enouth to attack his allies. His allies came over to help but his sensei looked at how easily Akio killed that enemy. Akio looked at him and said "This was not how I planned it to end sensei. But he drew a weapon at you. I had to do something."

After forming the needed hand signs, the user can manipulate various metallic molecules in a metallic substance or structure in order to change its shape, mass, or density by channelling chakra into the molecules. Using this method, the user can increase the size of their weapons with increasing their mass, creating heavy objects with miniscule size, or even making metals liquid or even gas without temperature changing. The user can also drawn in metallic objects from a distance. This technique is also great for metalworking.
1Metal Release: Liquid Steel (C Rank)
Metal Release: Liquid Steel is a jutsu created by Hina Kyou. Like the Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique the user expels a large quantity of liquid steel from her mouth, capable of inflicting damage to an opponent. This ability can also be manipulated in order to restrict the intended target's movements, as after the initial blast the remnants of the substance can act in a similar manner to quick-drying cement.
1Metal Release: Cage (C Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates an iron cage around an opponent. It uses the user's chakra to channel strength into it. Depending on the Chakra Level of the target, the duration is different. Genin and Chunin can be held in a cage for at least 8 hours. Jonin could be held for about 4 hours. Jinchuriki and Tailed Beasts can only be held for a maximum of 10 minutes before the jutsu breaks.
1Metal Release: Pillar Storm (B Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a multitude of various metallic rods nearby and launches them at a target, usually from the sky or underground. These rods are usually sharp enough to puncture the target alone, but the tips can be sharpened just in case. Also, the barrage of rods happen suddenly and the rods are incredibly quick, making them hard to avoid. The rods can fly towards the opponent like a "shower" or race towards them in a concentrated "beam".
1Metal Release: Iron Fist Technique (B Rank)
This is another Nekiogama Clan technique that is also a reliable taijutsu augmentor. After forming the needed hand signals, the user can draw in iron from any source and have it wrap around the user's arm or leg to create a metal glove. This glove is nearly weightless due to the chakra within the metal. The fist can increase the damage from blows many times and it is a useful defense when dealing with bladed weapons. Its only apparent weakness is that Fire Release techniques heat up the metal and can burn the user's extremity.
2Metal Release: Binding Chain Technique (B Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates metallic chains underground and then unleashes them towards their target. Depending on what the user wants to do, the chains can bind their target down and lock them in place. Since the chains have chakra in their structure, it is nearly impossible to be released from the chains by force. The user can also tighten the chain around the target, injuring or crushing them instantly. To prevent escape, users can bind the chain into trees or the ground and allow them absorb the target's chakra to tire them out.
2Metal Release: 360 Shrapnel Spears (B Rank)
The user creates a ball of orange chakra, which is then launched into the sky. After it reaches a certain height, the user detonates it breaking apart into small bombs with a high explosive power. when they reach the ground they cause powerful, countless explosions that are capable of wiping out entire platoons.
3Metal Release: Metal-Style Wall (Big Wall) (A Rank)
The User creates a wall of pure metal in the shape that he desires. The user can the use Molecular Recomposition to reshape it if so desired.
3Metal Release: Metal Clone (A Rank)
The User Creates clones out of metal either by spitting the liquid metal that summons them or by summoning them from already made liquid metal. The Metal Clones can perform any jutsu that falls under the metal element that the user can use. These clones require alot of chakra to make thus making it so that making many of them is severely taxing. However they are much more durable and immune to kunai and other weapon attacks save for exploding weapons or fire jutsus which melt them down easy.
4Metal Release: Metallic Tsunami (A Rank)
This technique is usually used in conjunction with the Nekiogama's Jojetsu Alloy, but any Steel Release master can utilize this destructive technique. After forming the needed hand signals, the user channels a large pool of metal beneath them and liquifies it using their chakra. Then, the user lets the pool of liquid metal erupt from underground as a large metallic tidal wave. Due to the increased pressure of the metal, upon impact, the target suffers immense impact damage as well as being washed away. If the user wants to, they can solidify and trap the target within the sea of metal.
4Metal Release: Giant Metal Dragon Bullet (A Rank)
After forming the needed hand signals, the user gathers a mass of metal underground and shoots it towards the target in the shape of a giant dragon's head. The dragon's head can either hit the opponent head on and cause immense impact damage or it can open its mouth and trap its target in its huge jaws with sharp teeth. It can also shoot out shards of metal at the target like a gatling gun, the fragments firing off in rapid succession or in large bursts like a shotgun. It can also carry its targets across long distances in one blast.
4Metal Release: Hands of Hephaestus (S Rank)
After forming the needed hand signs, the user draws as much metal as they can with their chakra and form two large metallic hands that burst forth from the earth. These hands are extremely durable and heavy due to the wast concentration of chakra within their structure. The hands are extremely useful for offensive or defensive measures. These hands are large enough to protect the user 360 degrees around them and they are extremely hard and can crush bones with one strike. Due to the chakra within them, the metallic hands are also able to use ninjutsu, though they are only seen using Earth Release techniques. Also, the hands can break apart and reform, making them reliable.
However, the chakra needed to use this jutsu is enourmous, exhausting the user after one or two uses. Also, the hands are also crudely made, so a strong enough impact will shatter them. However, combined with the Jojetsu Alloy, the hands are near invincible, harder than before and made of the strongest of metals.
4Metal Release: Dance of Swords (S Rank)
The users chakra begins flowing wildly and the Metal he is standing on creates 6 swords that are suspended by liquid metal. In addition the user creates a stream of blades that are connected to any pool of liquid metal that chase down the enemy trying to stab or slash him until he/she gets out of its range or finds a way to dispell the ninjutsu. They will wait at the edge of the range for the enemy to come back for a few seconds. If the enemy does not return then the blades will meld back into the liquid save for the ones around the user or his clones as they will follow them creating liquid metal around them. Akio often calls them along with his original blade the 7 deadly sin killers.
Genjutsu
3Demonic Illusion: Walk Through Scorched Lands (A Rank)
As Akio uses this he disappears into steam (not noticed if the enemy is not looking at him). The enemy then wanders the area lost as he trecks over the landscape which gradually loses its trees and landmarks save for building that they are in and the area cracks and releases steam revealing lava beneath. The enemy feels the ground getting very hot on his feet. As this all happens the enemy begins to feel extreamly hot and thirsty and will continue to do so after the effect wears out causing the enemy to feel weak and lose focus as he becomes more and more desparate for water. Once released they awake standing in the spot that they started when the jutsu first began. This Jutsu is built to make the enemy weakened and unable to focus on the battle making encounters easier.
3Demonic Illusion: Graveyard of Broken Swords (A Rank)
Akio can only cast this when an enemy is attacking him. When the enemy attacks Akio melts into liquid metal and spreads out into the area forming into a mass of swords all over the area. The enemy can still hear Akio as the swords begin floating by an aura as if Akio's soul or chakra is inside them and attacking the enemy causing him to feel mental damage as he gets hit. Akio can attack the enemy but is best when he does it as a sword attacks. When he is released from the Genjutsu the swords disappear and Akio reappears nearby. This Genjutsu is used to wear out an opponent and distract them to stall for time when neccessary.
Taijutsu
Akio uses a katana to strike his enemies relying on Kenjutsu. Taking them down with single strikes that he can augment with his Iron Fist Technique to make do even stronger.
1Savage Air Strike: Akio Jumps up at an airborn enemy and slices him with his sword causing the person to fall to the ground. When augmented with Iron Fist Technique it does more damage, and after infusing chakra can increase the speed of the attack allowing it to slice through a solid tree or rock that gets in the way. Can be done with Dance of Swords to do 7 slices instead of one. (Rank D)
1Sonic Counterstrike: Akio readies his weapon holding it at his side. He then closes his eyes and tries to hear his enemy coming. When the enemy gets close enough he opens his eyes and slices at the enemy knocking him flying backwards a few feet. If augmented by Iron Fist Technique he does extra damage and knocks the enemy flying further for more damage on the decent. Can be done with Dance of Swords to do 7 slices instead of one. (Rank D)
1Sky Slayer Slash - Akio disappears as he jumps above his enemy and reappears as he does a downward slash with his katana at an enemy. If augmented by Iron Fist Technique he does extra damage and can cut the air and increasing its range as it travels towards an enemy with chakra cutting solid trees and rocks and thus is capable of striking an enemy who is several feet away (max 5 feet). Can be done with Dance of Swords allowing the 6 swords to dart at the enemy as he strikes. (Rank D)

Strengths: He is spectacular at using ninjutsu most notably his Metal Release Jutsus. He is very strong willed and hard to take down in a straight up fight. Akio utilizes many quick strikes and his augmentation of metal to increase his kenjutsu/taijutsu. He is very fast and strong thus making hand to hand combat a bad idea when taking him on. He can snowball quickly the more metal pools he can have or the larger the metal pools are. Finally Akio is adept at pouring one attack after another in quick succession thus making him able to pour pressure on an enemy.
Weaknesses: Akio can be outsmarted without much effort and his wisdom is somewhat good but a major genjutsu master can break him down. Requiring some metal to do jutsus and alot to do his higher ranked jutsus it is hard to make it work if it there is none in the area and makes his build style a little slower. His metal jutsu can conduct electricity and thus makes him weak to it as the metal fails him and he cannot utilize his jutsu also being often being in the metal puddles he can easily be shocked. If the metal is hardened enough water can rust it and thus making any attacks useless but the metal can be melted and he can then make new jutsus out of it so it does make him useless but it still requires the water jutsu master to keep on his toes to keep akio down (also he could then just use earth jutsus to counter this).
Personality: Akio is a very arrogant person who beleives himself as the only hope for his familys jutsus survival. He is honest, independant, headstrong, and devoted to duty. Akio seems to act like a loner of sorts as he is often distant and cold to others. Akio is very serious and usually likes to be by himself, but can be relied upon to help out whenever he is needed. Akio will run off ahead to take down an enemy and to show off his jutsu. In battle he is cool and determined in battle, but will at time be lured to anger which can get him into trouble if the enemy pushes him by either threatening his allies or by insulting his clans jutsu. He is bound by duty and will do anything to get the job done including self sacrifice. He is always willing to help out his friends in situations that they find themselves in as he still cares for others.
Biography: Akio grew up in a society that had little ninja skills in it. His mother was the 1st in their family to show some ninja skill. Their mother was known as the Gorgeous Blade Of The Leaf Village who used a special kekki genkai called The Metal Release Jutsu that utilized melting metal down or drawing it from the earth and using it to strike the enemy down in creative way. Growing up with their mother (Ninja), father (Blacksmith) and grandpa (Merchant) they both dreamed of becoming ninjas like their mother and were taught basic jutsu by their mother. However one day tragedy struck and their mother fell ill and died in the winter. The 2 children were now without any mentor to become a ninja. Akio used his mothers old books to learn the family trait but his brother Daichi was unable to use any other jutsu. Akio managing to grasp the metal style ninjutsu was able to do quick transitions of metals from one shape to another. Akio studying hard managed to make it into through the academy but was surprised to see his brother had made it as well. Akio found it an affront that his brother was a ninja as he found his brothers jutsu a joke. An insult to their family name. He saw it as an excuse for his brother to play with his worthless toys. Akio then became distant from his brother and vowed that he would be the one to prove that his mothers jutsu was not forever lost. With his mothers jutsu in hand he plans on slashing any enemies in his way to pieces. Akio walks into the rank of gennin with a stern face promising that he would not go easy on his brother should they be enemies in battle. Ready to pour his heart into protecting the leaf by pouring on the attacks onto its enemies and killing high profile targets.
RP Sample: Akio was with his team in a mission to track down a rogue ninja and some ninja he has cobbled together. After invading the hideout of the ninjas the target ran out and ran into the forest. Akio said "Ill get him." as he went on the pursuit and attacked with some kunai with paper bombs to block his exit. As the man tried to find a way out he throws some kunai at him and tries to get around the fire. Akio uses his Molecular Recomposition Jutsu and turned the enemies kunais into Liquid Metal and followed the enemy with the pool of Liquid Metal following him. As the chase went on the Akio said "Your not going to escape. Why dont you just give up now and we will go easy on you." and the ninja tried to cast a clone jutsu to throw Akio off his scent so he could escape. Akio saying "Well worth a shot. But now he had to make this harder for me." swinging a kunai on a wire would trow the kunai while still holding the end of the wire to retract it at the clones as he landed. When it was a clone Akio would without wasting a motion continue chasing targets until there was only one left to which he used his Liquid Metal Jutsu to freeze the enemies feet to the tree. As the ninja tried to break free Akio came in and activated his Piller Storm to stab rods into the enemy ninja. It was revealed to be a substitution jutsu and as the enemy ninja charged him Akio mumbled "Nice try." and turned around taking a shot of Liquid Metal at the lower half of the real one who was trying to run while Akio was distracted by the shadow clone. Akio then said "Now I got you." as he readied his Molecular Recomposition Jutsu to reshape the metal to encase his arms as well. As his allies neared the enemy smirked and summoned several shadow clones to attack his Sensei from his/her blind spot by using smoke bombs. Akio acting quickly yelled "NOOOO!" and stabbed the enemy in the heart with his katana. The enemy breathed his last making the shadow clones disappear as they got close enouth to attack his allies. His allies came over to help but his sensei looked at how easily Akio killed that enemy. Akio looked at him and said "This was not how I planned it to end sensei. But he drew a weapon at you. I had to do something."
